BI & Analytics

Data that sits in a warehouse helps nobody. We design and build BI solutions that surface the right numbers to the right people — interactive dashboards, self-service reports, and embedded analytics that make decisions faster and more confident.

What we deliver

Analytics your team will actually use.

Executive & KPI DashboardsReal-time dashboards that give leadership a single view of business performance — revenue, retention, pipeline, operational efficiency, and any metric that drives decisions at the top.
Self-Service ReportingBI platforms where non-technical teams can slice data, build their own reports, and answer questions without raising a ticket — reducing analyst bottlenecks across the business.
Embedded AnalyticsAnalytics built directly into your product or internal tools — charts, reports, and drill-downs that appear inside your application rather than in a separate BI tool, improving user experience and engagement.
Semantic Layer & Data ModellingA consistent business-logic layer above your warehouse so every team queries the same definitions of revenue, customer, and churn — eliminating conflicting numbers across departments.
Predictive AnalyticsForecasting models and statistical analysis integrated into your dashboards — demand forecasting, churn prediction, cohort analysis, and trend projection built on your own historical data.
BI Platform Migration & OptimisationMigrating slow, expensive, or hard-to-maintain BI setups to modern platforms — with report consolidation, query optimisation, and performance tuning to cut load times and licensing costs.

A predictable path from brief to live.

Discover
We map your data sources, key decisions, stakeholder needs, and current reporting pain points.
02
Model
Data model design, metric definitions, and semantic layer — agreed with stakeholders before any dashboard is built.
03
Build
Iterative dashboard development with weekly reviews — you validate each view against real data before we move forward.
04
Adopt
User training, access configuration, documentation, and ongoing support — so adoption sticks beyond go-live.
Client voices

Reliable enough to come back for.

We hire a lot of contractors for small to mid-sized projects. This one has been our favorite — a higher quality of developer than most, and very responsive.

I've been very impressed with the quality of the iOS and Android apps. Great professionalism, outstanding communication and responsiveness.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Still unsure? Talk to us →

Which BI tools do you work with?+

We work with the leading BI platforms — Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Apache Superset, and Grafana — as well as building fully custom analytics UIs in React when embedded analytics or unique interaction patterns are required. We recommend the right tool based on your existing stack, user technical level, and budget rather than pushing a preferred vendor.

How do you ensure different teams don't get conflicting numbers?+

This is one of the most common BI problems and the reason we invest heavily in the semantic layer during design. We define metrics like revenue, active users, and conversion rate once in a central place — then all dashboards and reports pull from those definitions. If the definition of "customer" changes, it changes everywhere simultaneously.

Can you build analytics directly into our existing product?+

Yes — embedded analytics is a growing part of our BI practice. We build React components that render charts, pivot tables, and drill-down reports inside your application using headless BI tools or custom query layers. Users get analytics in context without leaving the product, which significantly increases adoption.

How do you handle data that's spread across many different systems?+

Multi-source integration is standard for us. We use ELT pipelines to consolidate data from your CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, databases, and spreadsheets into a central warehouse, apply consistent transformations, and then surface unified views in your dashboards. The integration layer is designed so adding a new data source later is a predictable, low-risk operation.

What does a typical BI engagement cost?+

A focused engagement — for example, three executive dashboards on an existing warehouse — typically runs $5,000–$15,000 over 4–6 weeks. A full BI platform build with data modelling, self-service reporting, and embedded analytics usually runs $20,000–$60,000 over 2–4 months depending on data complexity. We scope precisely after discovery so you can plan with confidence.
