Analytics your team will actually use.
A predictable path from brief to live.
Reliable enough to come back for.
We hire a lot of contractors for small to mid-sized projects. This one has been our favorite — a higher quality of developer than most, and very responsive.
BradHotAirTools.comI've been very impressed with the quality of the iOS and Android apps. Great professionalism, outstanding communication and responsiveness.

Talk to a senior analytics engineer — we'll assess your data maturity and propose the right BI approach for your team.
Talk to us →Which BI tools do you work with?+
We work with the leading BI platforms — Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Apache Superset, and Grafana — as well as building fully custom analytics UIs in React when embedded analytics or unique interaction patterns are required. We recommend the right tool based on your existing stack, user technical level, and budget rather than pushing a preferred vendor.
How do you ensure different teams don't get conflicting numbers?+
This is one of the most common BI problems and the reason we invest heavily in the semantic layer during design. We define metrics like revenue, active users, and conversion rate once in a central place — then all dashboards and reports pull from those definitions. If the definition of "customer" changes, it changes everywhere simultaneously.
Can you build analytics directly into our existing product?+
Yes — embedded analytics is a growing part of our BI practice. We build React components that render charts, pivot tables, and drill-down reports inside your application using headless BI tools or custom query layers. Users get analytics in context without leaving the product, which significantly increases adoption.
How do you handle data that's spread across many different systems?+
Multi-source integration is standard for us. We use ELT pipelines to consolidate data from your CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, databases, and spreadsheets into a central warehouse, apply consistent transformations, and then surface unified views in your dashboards. The integration layer is designed so adding a new data source later is a predictable, low-risk operation.
What does a typical BI engagement cost?+
A focused engagement — for example, three executive dashboards on an existing warehouse — typically runs $5,000–$15,000 over 4–6 weeks. A full BI platform build with data modelling, self-service reporting, and embedded analytics usually runs $20,000–$60,000 over 2–4 months depending on data complexity. We scope precisely after discovery so you can plan with confidence.
